• MetaGO does not provide emergency, urgent, or crisis care.
• Any health-related recommendations are given only after appropriate assessments by qualified professionals.
• Final decisions regarding your health plan or suitability for any intervention are made solely by the assigned professional.

MetaGO focuses on guided programs, structured routines, wellness tracking, and behaviour support .

• Provide accurate personal details.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing misleading information or misusing the platform.

• Items may be provided by third-party vendors.
• MetaGO is not responsible for vendor delays, product defects, or service disruptions
• These items are intended for your personal use only
• Failure to complete onboarding steps may delay or affect your personalized plan

a. Billing

• You agree to pay all applicable program fees as displayed at checkout.
• Payments may be one-time or subscription-based.
• Transactions are processed securely through designated payment gateways.

b. Cancellation & Refunds

• No cancellations are permitted within the first three months of the program.
• If you do not experience meaningful progress after this period, you may request a prorated refund (subject to evaluation and discretion).
• If a professional recommends program discontinuation for health reasons, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Fees paid to third-party vendors (labs, couriers, etc.) are non-refundable.
• All refund requests must be emailed to info@metago.health

• Interfere with platform operations.
• Impersonate others or submit inaccurate information.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or disruptive content.
• Copy, reproduce, or commercialize MetaGO’s content or materials.
• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these may result in suspension or termination.

• External website content.
• Delays or disruptions caused by third parties.
• Actions taken by external vendors.

Users are subject to each provider’s own terms and policies.

• Recommendations are based on the professional’s assessment and judgment.
• Plans are personalized and non-transferable.
• The program may evolve or be adjusted based on your progress.
• You are responsible for following instructions safely and informing us of any concerns.

• We protect your personal and health-related data with strict security protocols.
• We do not sell your data.
• You may request data correction or deletion.
• Data may be retained as required by law.

• Copy or distribute content without permission.
• Create derivative versions of MetaGO materials.
• Use MetaGO branding without authorization.

• MetaGO does not guarantee specific health or wellness outcomes.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Users assume responsibility for decisions made based on information provided through MetaGO.

Termination may result in loss of access without refund.
